Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports; General ledger control, account reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy of all entries; Accurate booking of accounting documents and preparation of tax declarations; Optimization of accounting processes and development of accounting policies; Fixed asset accounting; Review of company agreements and recommendations for updates; Monitoring changes in accounting and tax regulations; Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3+ years of experience in independent accounting roles; Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations; Good Excel skills; Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Russian C1+; English B1+.
