Responsibilities: Organize and manage accounting and tax records in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Develop and implement the company’s accounting and tax policies; Control and review primary accounting documentation; Support and oversee contract management processes; Prepare and submit all required financial and tax reports in a timely manner; Develop internal regulations and accounting procedures; Handle export and import operations, including work with non-resident entities. Requirements: Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Proven experience in a similar position; Experience in the retail industry will be considered an advantage; Strong knowledge of local tax legislation and all areas of accounting; Practical experience in handling tax audits; Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills; English proficiency is mandatory; DipIFR certification will be considered an advantage; Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
