We are looking for a support specialist. The candidate will help our customers with their inquiries. About us Aheadworks specializes in the development of software products for the Magento and Shopify e-commerce platforms. Our major clients are located in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, China, Latin America, and other countries. Since 2007, we have created more than 200 products that are now used by world-famous brands and large internet agencies and software developers. We are the friendly team of young and energetic professionals who like to create new products and meet the challenges. Responsibilities: Processing customers' requests (presale and technical issues, live-chat); Email correspondence with customers; Addressing technical issues and inquiries; Extensions' configuration assistance; Bug reporting to the QA team; Story/Feature requests composing based on customers' feedbacks for product development efficiency; Working night shifts. Requirements: Fluent English (both oral and written); Experience in communicating with native speakers (preferably with the US and UK residents); Experience in managing online stores and general understanding of technical aspects will be a huge
