Deloitte is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Almaty In-house Legal Department (Contracting Group). Deloitte is a leading international professional services firm offering audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services. Our vision and strategy, developed in collaboration with leadership and member firm partners from around the world, focus on working together As One across geographic, functional, and business borders to deliver excellence in all of the services provided by the member firms. The role will involve: Developing and updating template (standard) agreements for client service lines, as well as agreements for specific projects; Providing legal opinions on client-proposed amendments to standard agreements; Providing legal support with respect to agreement prolongation and termination; Discussing the legal aspects of client service agreements with firm personnel and clients, and maintaining the relevant correspondence; Regularly updating existing policies and procedures; Monitoring changes in legislation in the firm’s area of business and licensing, and ensuring firm corporate documents comply with statutory requirements.
