Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce fulfillment warehouse in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This role is responsible for leading the team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse activities across the entire process from inbound to outbound. The ideal candidate will possess solid warehouse management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong English communication skills are essential for supporting cross-border coordination and system operations. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing. Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and shipment quality. Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, and equipment to optimize storage and operational efficiency.
