Key Responsibilities: Short-haul Transportation Management Coordinate and manage intra-city short-haul transportation (sorting center to LTL market/service providers) Ensure timely cargo handover and smooth operations Linehaul & Intercity Coordination Manage cargo handovers between cities Handle exceptions and report issues in a timely manner Monitor linehaul performance and follow up on transit efficiency Last-mile Pickup & Execution Oversee pickup operations and handover processes in destination cities Ensure smooth execution with local partners/service providers End-to-end Shipment Monitoring Track shipment status throughout the entire logistics process Handle unexpected issues (delays, losses, communication gaps, etc.) Ensure proper issue resolution and closure Capacity & Carrier Management: Develop and maintain local transportation partners (fleets, drivers, market resources) Negotiate pricing, service levels, and cooperation terms Build and manage a stable carrier network Market Research & On-site Coordination Conduct field visits to logistics markets and service providers when needed Collect real-time market data on pricing and capacity Travel occasionally to other cities fo
