Position Summary: H&S Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of CCI H&S programs to continually improve the health, safety and working environment to minimize risks and reduce potential liabilities. Monitor compliance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts, as well as acts of the employer on occupational health and safety. Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support for all facilities and departments on occupational health and safety issues. Organize trainings for personnel to enhance safe working culture. Ensure compliance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of the Company with the requirements of ISO 45001 standard and maintain the necessary reporting in the framework of IMS activities. Ensure compliance with internal Coca Cola system KORE requirements (Dupont-like system) related to occupational health and safety. Develop and implement internal documentation (policies, standards, procedures, instructions, etc) for the establishment and continuous improvement of safe system of work. Prepare internal communication in the field of occupational health and safety in order to increase awareness among employees.
