We are hiring for a Department Manager, Produce at our Save-On-Foods location in Sparwood, BC.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and the successful applicant must have open availability.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the department, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource while fostering a positive team environment focused on Always Customer First service.
Ensuring the department executes and achieves operational excellence through customer experience, health and safety, food safety, and merchandising.
Engaging and retaining team members through training, performance management, rewards/recognition, and succession planning.
Communicating key messages and business objectives to team members
