Position Description:
We are seeking an Information Security Support Engineering (Senior DevOps / Production Support) to enhance production reliability, operational maturity, and security across our platforms. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto and/or at a client site, requiring on-site presence a minimum of four days per week (subject to change).
This is a production-focused role with a strong emphasis on security, centered on ensuring system stability, minimizing operational risk, and strengthening incident response capabilities.
This is not a pure development or platform engineering role. It is a hands-on, senior-level position with ownership of production environments, requiring expertise in incident management, observability, automation, and security best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and support HashiCorp Vault, including secrets, tokens, policies, and access controls
- Own and resolve L2/L3 production incidents, particularly related to secrets management and security platforms
- Design and automate secrets lifecycle management (rotation, renewal, revocation)
- Integrate Vault with applications, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes envir
