The City of Edmonton is looking for a Homelessness Prevention Coordinator to join our Affordable Housing and Homelessness section. This pivotal role is not about crisis management; it's about shifting to a long-term, systems-level strategy to dramatically reduce the inflow into homelessness in our community. As a strategic leader, your work will directly support the Council-approved Homelessness and Housing Services Plan by developing integrated ecosystems, governance models, and performance indicators to measure collective impact. You will balance this high-level strategic oversight with operational leadership, supervising a team of Tenant Supports Consultants who provide essential eviction prevention and housing stabilization support. Be the vital bridge that coordinates action and drives transformative change for a more inclusive and compassionate city.
