ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION Manage ocean and air import shipments from booking/pre-alert through final delivery Coordinate with overseas offices, carriers, airlines, customs brokers, and trucking providers Track shipments and ensure all milestones are updated accurately in the system Review and validate shipping documents (BL, MAWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists) Ensure customs clearance is completed within required timelines Monitor and proactively manage demurrage, detention, and storage exposure Ensure all costs are captured, protected, and billed accurately and on time Communicate shipment status and resolve issues with clients and internal teams Maintain compliance with internal SOPs, KPIs, and billing requirements Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location. Job requires attendance and dependability. OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES Strong understanding of Incoterms, bills of lading, container tracking, and rail operations Experience working with Power BI
