JUST HR is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support a growing northern BC operation with a strong presence in marine services, workforce accommodation, and industrial projects. This newly created role is designed to bring dedicated HR leadership directly to the Kitimat operation, providing hands-on support to site leadership and employees rather than managing people issues remotely. The successful candidate will help strengthen workplace culture, support operational growth, and build trusted relationships across a diverse workforce that includes marine professionals, tradespeople, hospitality staff, and local community members. This role is ideal for someone who brings practical HR experience, sound judgment, and credibility in industrial or project-based environments.
