The Data Governance team within the Business Intelligence Directorate is looking for a Business Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting, data governance initiatives, and data quality improvement projects for business units and OTP HQ. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and map CBU regulatory reporting and OTP HQ Controlling BI reporting requirements from source to target systems; Collaborate with business stakeholders and data owners to define data definitions and data quality rules; Prepare SQL scripts and technical requirements for data loading into target systems; Maintain and improve Glossary, data models, and data quality frameworks; Monitor reporting requirements and proactively improve data quality together with business units; Participate in RegTech and MIS reporting initiatives. Requirements: Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Econometrics; At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries and building reports from databases; Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions; Understanding of banking products and processes; Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases; English proficiency is mandatory; Power BI, IFRS reportin
