About the Project Mеet Dilijan is a Green Rock initiative to promote Dilijan as a travel destination — for tourists, remote workers, and investors. We operate across place branding, storytelling, and performance marketing. Responsibilities • Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube to drive traffic, leads, and measurable destination interest • Manage analytics via GA4 and GTM — set up tracking, events, attribution models, and keep the data clean • Build reports in Looker Studio that inform decisions • Work with the content and creative team to align messaging with campaign goals • Segment audiences — tourists, expats, digital nomads, investors — and tailor campaigns accordingly • Track destination marketing trends, competitor destinations, and seasonal demand patterns Requirements • 2–4 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads • Understands the full funnel from awareness to conversion • Has set up GA4 events, goals, and attribution models • Can explain campaign results clearly to non-marketing stakeholders • English and Russian at a working level •
