We are looking for a Commercial Property Leasing Manager to join our client’s team in the USA Responsibilities: Tenant search and attraction: market monitoring, active search for potential clients (including cold calling), negotiating, and property presentations. Lease relationship management: organizing property showings, advising on lease terms, and participating in the development of the property’s leasing strategy. Documentation support: preparing and signing lease agreements, additional agreements, property handover/acceptance acts, and managing the full document flow cycle. Financial control: monitoring payments, managing accounts receivable, and indexing rental rates in line with market conditions. Requirements: Fluent English (C1 level) Willingness to work according to US time zone Experience as a commercial real estate agent/broker Experience with the US market is a plus (please mention this in your comments) Good stable internet connection is MANDATORY!
