We are looking for a highly qualified Executive of Selling Call Center to join our client’s team in the USA. This is an opportunity to work for a stable international company following American standards, fully remotely, from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities: Scale Management: Leading a team of 40 people (31 of whom work remotely) across different time zones (USA, Costa Rica, Philippines). Hands-on Sales: Acting as a "playing coach" - handling personal sales while managing the team. Strategy & KPIs: Monitoring key performance indicators, achieving departmental goals, and taking personal responsibility for results. HQ Interaction: Direct communication with top management in the USA. Optimization: Auditing and improving current processes, implementing tools to increase sales efficiency. Systematization: Building a strong structure, discipline, and transparent communication within an international department. Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years in active sales and no less than 3 years in managing remote or distributed teams (with 10+ members).
