Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in Almaty to develop and maintain core banking services, creating a foundation for other teams to build upon while enhancing customer experience and scalability. The customer is a large financial institution serving millions of retail and corporate clients. It combines a broad physical presence with strong investment in digital platforms, mobile solutions, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and open integrations. Technology is central to improving customer experience and scaling modern banking services. The project is focused on developing a CRM solution that provides a unified workspace for customer care center employees, helping streamline communication, improve service processes, and enhance customer support efficiency. Responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements (BRD → FRD → NFR). Designing system solutions (AS-IS / TO-BE). Describing functional and non-functional requirements. Preparing Use Cases / User Stories. Creating UML, BPMN, Sequence, and Component diagrams. Designing integrations: REST / SOAP APIs, Webhooks, message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ — preferred).
