Location: Prince George, BC
Salary: Competitive ($90,000120,000) + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Days) – Part-time or Full-time

Were seeking an experienced Administrator / Director of Care (RN, RPN, LPN) passionate about seniors health and committed to leading a dedicated team focused on excellence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight to ensure safe, person-centered care.
Cultivate a positive, mission-driven workplace culture focused on continuous improvement.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to enhance seniors care.
Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with strong financial stewardship.
Qualifications:
BCCNM Registered RN, RPN, LPN with leadership experience in long-term care.
Skilled in operational and financial management.
Passionate about quality improvement and team development.
Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
