Role Summary
We are seeking
Physiatrists
to join busy outpatient clinics across the GTA, with a primary focus on adult patients requiring musculoskeletal, pain, functional, and rehabilitation care, and the flexibility to see a mix of physiatric presentations as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a well-supported, outpatient-only role with strong patient demand, efficient clinic operations, and minimal administrative burden.
The clinics are designed to provide physiatrists with the infrastructure and support needed to focus on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and continuity of care in a collaborative community setting.
What You'll Do
Provide outpatient physiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurologic, pain, and functional conditions
Manage adult patients presenting with concerns such as chronic pain, spine-related conditions, sports and soft tissue injuries, concussion-related symptoms, arthritis-related functional limitations, and other general rehabilitation medicine presentations
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans focused on restoring function, improving mobility, and optimizing quality of life
Provide follow-up care, functional assessments, and non-operative management as appropriate
Coordinate with referring providers, allied health professionals, and clinic staff as needed to support collaborative care
Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with Ontario standards and clinic protocols

Qualifications
MD or equivalent with specialist training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient setting
