KalSoft is currently looking for a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business and technical requirement analysis, system documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting successful project delivery within Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed system documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical architects to gather and define requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Support system analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives
Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Assist in solution design, testing, and deployment activities
Support API and system integration analysis and coordination
Maintain project
