Technical IT Specialist SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (Backend / Infrastructure) Location: Remote Duration: 1 Year Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Specialist SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI 360) to support the installation, configuration, integration, and ongoing technical operations of the SAS 360 platform. This role will focus heavily on backend infrastructure, enterprise system integration, server administration, API connectivity, authentication, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise application deployments, Linux/Unix environments, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, APIs, and security integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to ensure successful implementation and support of SAS CI 360 solutions. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain SAS Customer Intelligence 360 platform components Support backend infrastructure setup in on-premises and/or cloud environments Configure and manage Linux/Unix servers and related system services Implement and support API integrations between SAS CI 36
