We are currently hiring an experienced
Spray Finisher
for a manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have experience with spray painting/finishing on wood, metal, or custom manufactured products and be able to maintain high-quality finishing standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for spray finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)
Apply paints, stains, lacquers, and coatings using spray equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Mix paints and coatings as required
Maintain spray booth and finishing equipment
Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
Work closely with the production team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Spray Finisher or Industrial Painter
Knowledge of spray guns, coatings, and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Team player with good communication skills
Experience in manufacturing or custom fabrication environment is an asset
