Job DescriptionJob Description The Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a key supervisory role within a fast food environment, overseeing a medium-sized team of 10-25 staff members. This position involves working regular 8-hour shifts and includes hands-on front-of-house duties to ensure smooth daily operations. The assistant manager supports the restaurant’s management by enforcing quality control, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service, while operating within limited decision-making authority and focused primarily on team leadership and supervision. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of 10-25 staff members Deliver exceptional customer service and handle front-of-house duties regularly Manage inventory and ensure accurate cash handling Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain quality control standards throughout the restaurant Generate and submit operational reports as required Provide effective team leadership during 8-hour shifts Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in restaurant management High School Diploma or equivalent
