Job DescriptionJob Description Application Deadline: May 20, 2026 Position Title : 1 Part-Time Direct Support Professional - Adult Supported Group Living Services (Douglas) Nature of Position : We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate(s) will be tasked with providing a variety of personalized supports for individuals who currently reside in our Adult Supported Group Living Services. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of care and support is provided to our residents. Compensation: $23.38 - $25.77 hourly Hours and Availability: This part-time position entails up to 35 hours bi-weekly, covering weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, availability for pick-up of additional support hours when required is expected. Responsibilities and Duties Include, but are not Limited to: Case Management and House/Team Responsibilities: Assist with task assignments and contextual work explanation under the direction of the Team Lead.
