Dispatcher
$25 - $29 per hour

A day in the life:
The Dispatch position is responsible for dispatching customer requests to technicians and providing planned maintenance scheduling. They will utilize ERP software to coordinate and track technicians to ensure route optimization, and monitor and maintain technician daily time sheets. They are responsible for following up on work order progress and maintaining communication with customers. They will actively support our customer service team and provide fleet management duties.
