We are seeking a Full-time Server -AM
Objective
To contribute to the overall success of the hotels Food & Beverage operations by delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting efficient restaurant service. Bring strong serving and bartending skills, product knowledge, and a guest-focused approach to every shift.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and execute the restaurant and bar according to hotel standards
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and responsible service guidelines
Take, relay, and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Provide detailed menu and beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Deliver attentive, personalized guest service and handle guest inquiries professionally
Manage reservations and guest seating when required
Process payments, including cash, credit, debit, and room charges in accordance with hotel policies
Maintain bar and service areas - stocking supplies, polishing glassware, rolling cutlery, folding napkins
