Personal Support Worker (PSW)
to work in Long Term Care facilities in
Haliburton, ON
. You will be hired and onboarded with

Responsibilities
Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' physical, emotional or cognitive status to the primary nurse to support ongoing assessment and care planning
Complete all documentation on time, and in accordance with corporate policies, ensuring that it is both current and accurate.
Assist resident with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding, while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist in the safe transfer, positioning, and mobility of residents using proper techniques and equipment, and in accordance with facility policies
Provide care in accordance with the Fixing LongTerm Care Act, 2021 (S.O.2021, c.39, Sch.1), best practices, corporate
