The Catering Staff Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food service at various events, primarily corporate functions and film sets. Working within small teams, this role involves setting up and cleaning catering areas, interacting with customers in a limited capacity, and driving a small truck to transport equipment and supplies. Occasional irregular hours and weekend shifts may be required to support event schedules.
Responsibilities
Setup and breakdown of catering service areas
Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
Drive a small truck to transport catering equipment and supplies
Provide courteous and professional customer interaction with limited client contact
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in food service
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety practices
Strong customer service skills
Valid driving experience
