About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and ready to take charge of the mixing and preparation process in a busy production facility? We’re seeking a
PE Mixer/Operator
who will set up, monitor, and maintain our client’s extrusion mixing lines for day shift operations.
What You’ll Do
Provide each extrusion line with the proper mix, with the right tooling, gauge(s), label(s) and glue nozzles, and other accessories as required to produce the scheduled production part.
Using the set-up sheets as reference, prepare the necessary tooling (dies, mandrels, extension heaters, skinners, blowers and other accessories) and gauge(s). Then sign them out and in to and from each respective line.
Ensure that the proper mix is sent to each blender controller remotely through the computer or locally through the respective blender controller, after verifying that the right raw materials are in their respective bins using the computer’s recipe list and the set-up sheets as references.
