About the Role
Norstar Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Production Coordinator
to support the daily flow of operations between our office, sales team, and production floor.
This role is critical to ensuring production runs efficiently by maintaining accurate schedules, preparing job documentation, and keeping communication aligned across teams. You'll be the central point that connects planning to execution-making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously update the
production schedule
based on incoming orders and priorities

ERP planning system
