JOB TITLE: Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: VP, Sales
JOB LOCATION: On-Site - Downtown Sales Offices
AVAILABILITY: Saturday & Sunday (11:30 am - 4:30 pm) additional hours may be offered
PAY RATE: $20-25/HR + Sale Commission

Graywood Developments ("Graywood") is a privately-owned, Toronto-based real estate investment management company that specializes in the development of residential mixed-use properties of exceptional quality in Canada. During its 40-year history, Graywood has managed 53 projects, with 31,100 housing units and a combined value of $8.3 billion. Due to continued growth, we are our looking for a Sales Representative who will become an integral part of Graywoods team.
The Sales Representative will drive on-site sales success for Graywood Developments. In this role, you will guide prospective purchasers through the home-buying journey, prepare legally binding purchase agreements, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for every visitor.
