Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities French/English Speaking Required Contract Management (Cradle-to-Grave) Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle across all Canadian provinces, including:Intake, assessment, and contract strategy developmentDrafting, redlining, and negotiation of contractsRisk identification, mitigation, and escalationAlignment with legal, compliance, and business stakeholdersContract execution, documentation, and record managementPost-award administration, amendments, renewals, and closeout Ensure all contracts comply with applicable provincial laws, regulations, and internal policies Serve as the primary escalation point for proposal and contractual matters Drive standardization and continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and tools Develop and implement Canada-specific supplemental processes and procedures to address provincial legal and regulatory requirements, where gaps existEvaluate and streamline processes to avoid duplication, fragmentation, or unnecessary regional deviation Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and grow a small but expanding team of contracts and proposal professionals Set clear goals, performanc
