This role is ideal for an experienced transportation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing key customer accounts, and takes ownership of the full freight process from order entry through to final delivery and billing readiness. Minimum 2 years of trucking transportation industry experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete transportation process for key customer accounts. This includes coordinating freight movements, entering orders into TruckMate, dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, communicating directly with customers and drivers, and ensuring all required documentation is completed for billing.
