About the Opportunity
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for stand-alone entities, including supporting working papers
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions
Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
Support year-end audit process and respond to auditor requests
Financial Analysis & Business Support
Conduct gross margin and client/program profitability analysis
Monitor revenue and expense trends and provide insights to the leadership
Contractor Payouts & Billing Management
Prepare contractor payout processing for CRU Canada and CRU USA
Handle payout email account and respond to client and adjuster inquiries
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billings and contractor payments
