driven, organized, and detail-oriented Client Services Runner
to support a high-producing agent, our backstage team, and clients throughout the buying and selling processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering exceptional support.
This is a
hands-on, out-of-office support role
designed for someone who enjoys being on the move and helping wherever needed. You'll be supporting listings, client experience, and day-to-day operational needs across Calgary and surrounding areas, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and our clients receive exceptional service.

Role Responsibilities
All tasks are out-of-office and require:
Significant driving to and from properties across Calgary and the surrounding areas
Confidently navigating routes and managing time-sensitive schedules
Listing & Property Support
Adding and removing lockboxes and setting up A-frames
Delivering and restocking feature sheets at listings
Installing feature tags, Please Remove Footwear, and Lock Doors signage
Delivering Just Listed, Just Sold, and Curious What Your Home is Worth? door hangers
Checking on vacant properties and reporting back to the team
Client Experience & Team Support
Picking up and delivering deposits, documents, and meeting packages
Purchasing items for client gift baskets and delivering gifts
Supporting client experience initiatives and special deliveries
Purchasing supplies for the office and team needs
Agent Support
Assisting with personal errands for a top-producing agent (e.g., gas, car wash, etc.)
Attributes & Skills Required
The successful candidate is someone who:
Owns a reliable vehicle and has a clean driving record, with confidence driving in various weather conditions
Is self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
Can prioritize tasks and respond effectively to shifting demands
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Acts with urgency and follows through consistently
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Learns quickly and adapts to new systems and processes
Is positive, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed
Proactively looks for ways to improve efficiency

Compensation & Schedule
Hours
Part-Time | Monday to Friday | Between 8:30 AM 4:30 PM | Up to 15 hours per week
(Schedule may vary based on business needs and task requirements.)
Hourly Rate
$22 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage incurred while completing work-related tasks will be reimbursed at the
current CRA mileage rate
. This includes driving to properties, client deliveries, errands, and other assigned field responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
This is an out-of-office-based role that requires
significant driving within Calgary and the surrounding areas
. Candidates must:
Own a reliable vehicle
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Have full access to their vehicle during working hours
Be comfortable driving in various weather conditions
Travel outside of Alberta is not required for this position.
There is no relocation package for this role.
