Responsibilities:
Support our Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams with competitive pricing, in-depth performance analysis, and data-driven insights that directly impact our bottom line.
Ensure clean, accurate reporting flows directly to leadership and upper management
Organize and maintain internal and external databases to support decision-making
Perform costing analysis and develop pricing options for customer negotiations using multiple pricing scenarios
Assist in developing and evaluating pricing strategies; analyze volume, profit potential, and market trends
Build custom reports and analytics using Tableau and other BI tools; present findings to leadership
Monitor customer performance by volume, revenue, and margin
Identify gaps, trends, and inconsistencies in data; maintain internal and external databases
Develop and maintain SOPs to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
Respond to pricing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or 2 years in an analytical role
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Basic knowledge of transportation industry
Highly motivated and accountable
Very strong computer skills, Advanced Excel and Power BI
Experience with SQL, SharePoint and Smartsheet a bonus
