This is a remote / work from home position focused on organization, communication, and creating a
positive client experience.

Manage virtual appointment scheduling
Confirm consultations and send reminders
Support advisors with calendar coordination
Maintain accurate scheduling and intake records
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
