Your Opportunity and Responsibilities
The Fleet Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting maintenance facility supervisors and technicians with creating service orders, service planning, document management and tracking, compliance, and maintaining filing systems. Direct communication and ongoing collaboration with the Maintenance and Field Services Operations teams is required.
Technical Requirements
Maintaining, and validating compliance and maintenance tracking spreadsheets and reports
Reviewing, establishing, and implementing fleet management policies and processes
Formatting company documentation using branding standards and ma
