JUST HR is recruiting for a Manager, Human Resources to join a well-established, privately held organization with a strong people-first culture and long-term employee base. This role is designed for someone who can build trust across the business while confidently leading employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workplace operations. Reporting directly to the President, the HR Manager will help shape a positive and accountable work environment while ensuring the office operates smoothly day to day. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Develop and deliver onboarding and employee training programs to support team growth and consistency Provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution Manage HR compliance related to BC Employment Standards, WorkSafeBC, company policies, and workplace procedures Handle performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee documentation with professionalism and discretion Maintain accurate HR records, files, and employee information Support compensation review processes and market benchm
