is now actively searching for a
MotorClothes Associate
to join our Sales team at
Mississauga Harley-Davidson.
Apply to this position if you:
Have experience in retail sales, with clothing and/or general merchandise
Are familiar with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and product line
Have experience using POS and cash handling
Enjoy meeting new people and working in a busy and enthusiastic environment
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers and assessing needs for general merchandise (MotorClothes® and H-D accessories)
Sell general merchandise, including clothing and accessories as promoted and advertised, striving to exceed sales performance expectations
Accurately process cash, debit and credit transactions
Process refunds and adjust cash, debit and credit transactions as required
Take telephone inquiries as needed
Follow up with customers where required, ordered items not in stock
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience with general merchandise sales is required for this role
Cash transaction experience, using debit/credit and cash systems in place
Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
Familiar with the Harley-Davidson life style and nature of what it means to ride!
