Our REGINA BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for a BRANCH MANAGER to LEAD our team!
What You Will Do:
The Branch Manager will handle both sales and operational duties at the branch. As a strategic leader, they will implement plans to boost revenue, improve efficiency, and grow market share. They are fully responsible for managing the branch's finances and profitability, including revenue, expenses, and margins. This position demands strong business skills, the capacity to combine strategic thinking with practical action, and a proven track record of building successful sales and operational teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities for revenue and profit growth, working together with customer service, sales and supply chain to maximize financial performance. You will set the tone for the location by providing positive leadership and fostering strong business relationships with employees and customers. Collaborating with corporate leadership and the FGI Team, you will seek to find best practices in operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate and encourage teamwork, cooperation and a positive work environment.
What We Require:
Minimum 5 years Senior Leadership experience in a high-volume customer service (retail) facing position
Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and drive profitable growth.
Industry experience in distribution, heavy-duty parts, or related industries is an asset.
Experience in inventory monitoring principles, record keeping and basic budgeting/forecasting in retail
Demonstrated collaborative leadership style, organized, and willingness to pitch in with the team to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction is delivered every day
Solid verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
Ability to maintain and foster a positive working environment
