Role Overview
This is a remote / work from home position focused on communication,
organization, and support across both client and team touchpoints.
What You Will Do
Manage virtual appointment scheduling and confirmations
You will virtually explain family care package to families and sell them a protection pacakge
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
