What You'll Lead
Sales Strategy & Execution
Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
Drive group classes, retail, PT, and event revenue.
Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells.
Daily Operations
Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow.
Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
Solve problems before they hit the floor.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop FOH, motivators + trainers.
Set weekly expectations and hold accountability.
Create a culture of energy, ownership, and fun.
Community & Member Experience
Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers.
Lead in-studio engagement, social presence, and partnership events.
Keep retention high and the vibe even higher.
Performance Scaling
Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data.
Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly.
Communicate results with clarity and confidence.
Your Background
5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership.
Proven sales track record you've crushed targets and coached others to do the same.
High-energy leadership style: loud wins, strong coaching, team-first mentality.
Operationally sharp budgets, schedules, broken equipment, last-minute chaos.
Passion for wellness & community you walk the talk.
