The HR Delivery Centre (HRDC) provides a streamlined delivery of standardized transactional, operational, and consultative services using a scalable shared service model, to deliver process and time efficiencies while ensuring compliance.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Delivery Centre and as a member of the HR Delivery Centre, the HR Operations Coordinator provides operations support to all KPMG employees, Partners, retirees, and former employees.
The successful candidate for this role must be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

Provide first level support for all KPMG employees, Partners, retirees, and former employees with questions related to National HR Policies and Programs (e.g., vacation, overtime, retiree benefits) via various communication channels including phone, live chat, email, and our case managem
