Site Superintendent – ICI New Build
Niagara Region, ON
$110K–$150K (based on experience) + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits
A reputable ICI General Contractor is looking to add an experienced
Site Superintendent
to support upcoming and ongoing
ground-up commercial construction projects
in the Niagara region. This is an opportunity to join a stable builder with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.
The Role
The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities on large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience managing trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving projects forward in a structured, organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations from start through completion
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing health and safety requirements
Maintain construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved
Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets drawings and specifications
Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI new-build projects
Experience on large commercial developments (retail, industrial, institutional, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including structure, envelope, and interiors
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid health & safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.)
