FINANCIAL ADVISORS
on behalf of our client, one of Canada's leading wealth management firms.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to take the next step in their careers, either as part of a collaborative team or as independent practice owners.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Licensed financial advisor
With book of min. $20M in Assets Under Management (AUM)
Entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client service
Two Career Path Options:
#1: Associate Advisor on an Established Team:
Join our client's immediate team as an associate
The compensation package includes:
Base salary
Variable compensation based on performance
OR
#2: Independent Practice Owner:
Start as a stand-alone practice
Compensation structure:
Variable compensation based on the book of business you bring over
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in the mass affluent market
Leverage your existing client relationships and grow your book of business
Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Create and monitor the implementation of financial plans
Offer expert guidance on all aspects of client's financial lives
Requirements:
Current financial advisor license (IIROC or MFDA)
Proven track record of managing client portfolios
CFP designation or commitment to pursuing it (our client offers support for professional development)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
LLQP (preferred)
