Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work
onsite
with our client in
Bromont, QC.

Here's what you'd do:
Responsible for providing quality repair and preventive maintenance services of company equipment at customer sites.
May own or take part in installations or relocations of customer equipment and perform start-up and qualification procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems, take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions, and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution.
Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials.
Execute project action items and other related duties as assigned.
Leadership:
Provide on-site instruction to subcontractors, co-workers, and customers.
Customer Relations:
Professionally represent the company to the customer.
Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining high professional standards of conduct.
Shadow a more experienced engineer at the customer site as needed.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay rate: $35.00-$50.00/Hour
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Length: Temp (12 Months)

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of capital equipment, adhering to company procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments and appropriate personal protective safety equipment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience with automation, semiconductor, medical devices, or advanced manufacturing equipment
Minimum 5 years of Client-facing experience with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Electronics or Engineering
Bachelor's Degree
OEM equipment expertise
Complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customers.
Adhere to customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety.
Ability to speak, read, and write in French/English (very important in Quebec)
Fluency in Mandarin
Additional Information :
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
Able to travel up to 20% of the time. Must have the ability to obtain a valid passport and travel internationally as required.
Able to work for prolonged periods of time, including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting, and standing in one location.
Ability travel occasionally for training etc. (Canada/USA)
Willingness to support critical after-hours or weekend work
