Project Manager
Vancouver, BC
About Allnorth
BIG ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW, SMALL ENOUGH TO KNOW YOU
Allnorth is a multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company. We provide smart and practical project solutions to clients in the metals and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. With offices across Canada and into the United States, we continue to grow!
Our team is our most valuable asset, and a triple bottom line (TBL) philosophy is at the heart of our business. When it comes to guiding principles, safety is part of our DNA protecting our people, our clients and our communities. It takes a talented, motivated and empowered team to delight our clients while driving profitability for all parties. Our mutual success requires that we are committed to building and nurturing Indigenous relationships, supporting our communities, and recognizing the importance of environmental stewardship.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Vancouver. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of engineering projects, though experience with specialty structures such as bridges, is considered an asset. This role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budgets, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met and/or exceeded. This role will have a heavy focus on the commercial aspects of projects, while working with technical leads across multiple technical disciplines to coordinate work, rather than serving as a discipline-specific technical lead. Our Vancouver team works primarily on projects in the Infrastructure, Mining & Metals, and Fibre and Chemicals sectors, but also supports projects across all sectors covered by Allnorth.
The successful candidate will be engaged in all levels of project delivery, beginning at proposal development and client engagement, and not ending until the completed project is turned over to the client and closed commercially. Working collaboratively with other Allnorth groups and subcontractors, you will have the opportunity to work with and lead team members to successfully deliver fast-paced projects.
If your ideal role is spending years on a single mega greenfield project, this may not be the right fit. Our team thrives on variety. We work across multiple sectors and project types, from brownfield retrofits to new greenfield developments. It’s an environment where experienced professionals bring their perspective, continue to grow, and collaborate with colleagues across North America in a true One Team culture.
