Position Overview
We are currently hiring
Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, Short Order Cooks, Pastry Cook
Assistant
to support our catering and banquet operations.
This role involves a combination of kitchen preparation and event execution, supporting our chefs in delivering food for both small and large-scale events.
Positions Available:
Full-Time
Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist with food production for events
Execute food service during busy event service periods
Support banquet plating and buffet service
Prepare short-order items efficiently when required
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up food for off-site events
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous kitchen experience as a prep cook, line cook, or short order cook preferred
Experience in catering, banquet kitchens, or high-volume environments considered an asset
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
