Overview
Tenstorrent is hiring Product Support Chat Agents to assist customers with product-related questions through live chat. In this role, you will help customers understand products, solve basic issues, and provide clear support.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide information about products and services
Assist customers with basic product issues
Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps

Requirements
